How can I make changes to my order?

Our fulfillment center works to process orders quickly. We all understand that SPF can’t wait! Because of this, we are not able to add or remove products once an order is placed. However, there may be some time to cancel the entire order within business hours. Please contact hello@unitaryfrance.com within an hour of your order being placed and we will do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order 3 different ways:

1) Via the shipping confirmation email you receive.

2) Within your Unitay Pro! account page. You can login here!

3) Start a Live Chat, enter the email you used to place the order and click the "order status" button. It will automatically provide you the tracking info on your last order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, PayPal, and FSA/HSA dollars. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Please note: in order to use Afterpay, orders must be $35 or more and can not include susbcription items.

Can I use my FSA/HSA dollars on unitaryfrance.com?

Yes! You can use your Flexible Spending Account dollars to purchase all Unitay Pro! SPF. Just use your FSA/HSA card like you would your credit card at checkout. (And if you'd rather use your regular credit card, you can also email us for an itemized receipt to file a claim.)

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Reimbursements are determined by your individual insurance plan/provider. While all SPF products are eligible, your insurance provider has final say in whether or not you will be reimbursed. Unitay Pro! does not have control over what insurance providers deem as eligible for reimbursement.

What should I do if I received a damaged item(s)?

If you received any items that were damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll take care of the rest!

What should I do if a product was missing or I received the wrong product?

If you didn’t receive an item you ordered, or if you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us and we’ll take care of the rest!

How do I unsubscribe from email and/or SMS?

We are sorry to see you go, but if you no longer wish to receive emails from us simply click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. To stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply back to the message with the word STOP. Both of these actions will automatically unsubscribe you from receiving future emails and/or SMS from Unitay Pro!.

Keep in mind that you will continue to receive emails regarding specific order information like order confirmations, tracking updates and notice of delivery.
