How do I sign up?
Joining THE SPF SQUAD is easy! Simply create an account through the on ourRewards Page. We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase, but you can join at any time! You’ll receive a confirmation email that your account has been created and should be able to start earning points right away!
What is the SPF Squad?
THE SPF SQUAD is Unitay Pro!’s loyalty program that rewards you for your healthy habits! Earn exclusive access to launches, VIP perks and more every time you shop. To sign up for THE SPF SQUAD or to learn more, please visit ourRewards Page. Please note at this time, you can only earn and redeem points when purchasing directly from unitaryfrance.com.

What rewards do I get?

Are free gifts or rewards returnable or exchangeable?
No they are not! These are special and unique gifts given to our most loyal customers and they will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
Does my Birthday gift expire?
Yes, your birthday gift will expire after 30 days.
I referred a friend. Why didn't I receive points?
Thanks for sharing the SPF love with friends and family! Your referred friends and family will receive $10 off their first order of $65+ and you'll get 100 points added to your account to use towards your next purchase, once their purchase is completed. Please note, you are not able to refer yourself using another account. Only customers who have never made a purchase on unitaryfrance.com will be eligible to be referred. Unitay Pro! reserves the right to disable any account suspected of abuse of our referral and rewards program.
How do I know what tier I am?
Once logged in, you can check your tier on your Account page.
Do you offer a free birthday gift?
It’s your birthday - of course we do! First thing's first, be sure to update your account profile with your birthday month and make sure you're subscribed to our emails. At the beginning of your birthday month, you’ll receive a special birthday email with the surprise details.
I entered my birthday, when do I receive my birthday gift?
Happy Birthday! Please note that if you entered your birth date less than 30 days before your birthday, you will receive your birthday gift 30 days after the entry date. You will not receive your birthday gift if you enter your birth date after it has already passed; however you’ll be eligible to receive a birthday gift in the next calendar year.

Can I use multiple discount codes with my order?
Our cart checkout only allows (1) discount or promotional code per order. This includes free shipping offers and the usage of points via our Loyalty Program.

Can I join THE SPF SQUAD if I live outside of the US?
At this time, our loyalty program is only available to US residents as we are unable to ship internationally.
Ways to Earn + Redeem
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No. You will start earning points on the day you sign up to joinTHE SPF SQUAD.
How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
You can redeem your points at checkout. You must be logged in to view the number of points redeemable at checkout. A minimum of 150 points is needed to begin redemption. You will see a dropdown menu that will show you the number of points you have (if any) that can be applied to your order.
Why can't I redeem my points?
First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out. If after signing in, the drop down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the drop down menu will reflect the points available for redemption. Please note you must have a minimum of 150 points to redeem. Still stuck? Do I get points on my subscription orders?
Yes. You will earn (10) bonus points on your first subscription order, plus (1) point for every dollar spent. This is the easiest way to start your healthy habit and on your 4th recurring order you will earn an additional (20) points.
How do I check my point balance?
Once logged in to your account, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page or the Account page. Having trouble, or something doesn't seem correct? Live Chat or emailhello@unitaryfrance.comso we can help!
When can I start redeeming my points?
You can start redeeming your points for products once you reach 150 points. Please note, at this time points can only be redeemed on full price items only.
What happens to my points if I cancel my order?
The points spent on the redeemed product will be applied back to your account.
Why aren't my points showing?
Be sure you are logged into your account to view your points. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to be updated. If your balance still doesn't look right after this time, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@unitaryfrance.com for more help!
How do I increase my SPF status?
Upon joining THE SPF SQUAD, you will be placed in one of four SPF tiers, based on spend. You will remain in that status for a rolling 12 month period. For example, if you joined a status on 1/1/2020, you will keep that status until 1/1/2021. Each time you earn a new status, the 12 month clock starts over and will expire 12 months from the new status date.
- An SPF NEWBIE must spend between $1-$99
- An SPF ENTHUSIAST must spend between $100-$199
- An SPF DEVOTEE must spend between $2-$399
- An SPF OBSESSED must spend between $400+
Can I earn points when I purchase from Sephora, Nordstrom, Blue Mercury, or any retailer that carries Unitay Pro! products?
No. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (unitaryfrance.com). Purchases made at pop-up and/or brick-and-mortar retail locations will not accrue points.
Do points ever expire?
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
What happens to my points when items are returned?
If you return any part of an order that was placed using points, your points will be applied back to your account once the refund is processed.
Is there a limit to how many product reviews I can earn points for?
Yes. You can place (1) review per month.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by completing certain activities and actions, like following us on Instagram, leaving a review or taking our product finder quiz! Take a look at the <How To Earn> section for more details. You also earn points each time you shop on unitaryfrance.com! 1 point will be earned on each $1 dollar you spend, excluding shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account Page, in the Rewards section. You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (unitaryfrance.com). Purchases made at pop-up and/or brick-and-mortar retail locations will not accrue points.
Can I redeem rewards in conjunction with other discounts?
No. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can redeem at one time?
Yes. Our cart checkout only allows (1) discount or promotional code per order. This includes any promotions that we are running on unitaryfrance.com.
Can I use my points on my subscription order?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed when placing a subscription order at this time.
My Account
Already have an account?
Great! If you already have an account with us, you will be automatically enrolled inTHE SPF SQUADbased on the spend level beginning January 1, 2021. When you login, you will see which status you are in.
How do I create an account?
Simply create an account through the Rewards Page. We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase, but you can join at any time! You’ll receive a confirmation email that your account has been created and should be able to start earning points right away!
I can't log into my account - help!
Not to worry! Click "Forgot Password?" to reset your password. From there, you'll need to verify your email address and we'll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you see the pop up "Error: Could not find customer" after clicking "Forgot Password?" you most likely have not yet created an account and will need to Sign Up. If you're having any further issues, please email us at hello@unitaryfrance.com and we'll get you taken care of!
What happens if I forget to login to my account when checking out?
If the email used at checkout is the same as your loyalty account email, you will see the option to redeem points if you have any available. However, if a different email is used at checkout, points will not be applied.
Do I have to create an account?
