When will my order ship?
Orders placed on unitaryfrance.com Monday-Friday before 2pm EST (1pm CST) should ship same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time should ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. You'll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
IMPORTANT: 2-Day shipping and Overnight orders placed after the cut-off time on a Friday will not ship out until the following Monday. If you place an overnight order on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed on following Monday and received on Tuesday. If you place a 2-Day order on a Saturday or Sunday it will be processed the following Monday and received on Wednesday.
Are there restrictions with shipping SPF within the U.S.?
Restricted Hazardous Items:
We are unable to ship certain products to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes or APO boxes due to the delivery format of the product, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.)
Restricted items include:
- PLAY Antioxidant Body Mist with Vitamin C (SPF 30 and SPF 50)
- PLAY Body Mousse SPF 50 with Blue Sea Kale
- Glow Oil SPF 50
- (Re)setting Refreshing Mist SPF 40
- Sunnyscreen™ 100% Mineral Spray SPF 50
- *any kit or set that includes the above items
What shipping methods do you provide?
As of today, we offer three shipping methods:
1. Ground (5-7 business days): $5
2. 2nd Day Air (2 business days): $15
3. Priority Overnight (1 business day): $30
Ground shipping is free when you spend $50 or more.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states, and we are in the process of providing international shipping to select markets. If you live outside the United States, please visit our international retailer guide here to find your local retail store.
If you are shipping to a PO box, APO, DPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, or Alaska, there are a few limitations when shipping SPF. You can find our SPF shipping limitations here.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally. However, if you are outside of the United States, here is a list of retailers you can find us in around the globe!

Going Paperless
As of March 23, 2022 we will be eliminating packing slips and tape on most orders purchased on unitaryfrance.com. By removing packing slips and tape, we are doing our part with sustainable shipping to help the environment and reduce carbon footprint. You will still be able to check your order history by logging into your account or if you haven’t already created an account you can do sohere.
What is EcoCart?
We offer carbon-neutral shipping on unitaryfrance.com via EcoCart — an easy, one-click option to offset carbon emissions for every package shipped to you. If you’d like to offset the carbon incurred by shipping your order, you can opt-in by toggling the EcoCart option in checkout.
Returns
Where can I find my shipping label?
Please visit ourReturn Centerto initiate your return or exchange! You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label once we know which item(s) you’re sending our way.
Unitay Pro! Returns Policy
Except for Products that are a final sale, we accept returns if you are not satisfied with any unitaryfrance.com purchase. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply head over to our Returns Center and follow the steps!
Upon receiving the returned Product from you, a refund will be credited by your original payment method for the price of your Product and sales tax, if applicable. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Only items purchased on unitaryfrance.com may be returned or exchanged. Products purchased through unitaryfrance.com may not be returned or exchanged at any retail location that sells Unitay Pro! products.

How do I start an exchange or return?
We always want you to be SPF obsessed! Just simply visit our Return Center to initiate your return. You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label once we know which item(s) you’re sending our way.
To exchange your order, you can select a new shade or size from the same product when selecting which items you’re sending back.
If you’d like to exchange for a different product, you would select Find Something New and select the product you’d like to exchange for. You will be responsible for entering your credit card information for any remaining balance from your exchange or refunded to your original form of payment if the product is less than original price. This is based on available inventory. We’ll ship the new product right away!
How long does an exchange or return take to process?
Exchange items will be shipped as soon as you request them. For returns, an Instant Refund Voucher is automatically generated as an option for those wanting to place another order on unitaryfrance.com without having to wait for a refund. If it goes unused, the full refund will be processed back to your original payment method with no action required on your end. For a refund associated with a return, please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement once we have processed it back to your original payment method.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product, and sales tax, if applicable. Only items purchased on unitaryfrance.com may be exchanged or returned. Products purchased through unitaryfrance.com may not be exchanged or returned at any retail location that sells Unitay Pro! Products.
